 It is impossible to witness the horror and devastation brought upon our friends in Japan and not be affected.  Modern Yarn will donate a dollar to the American Red for every skien of Noro Yarn purchased at Modern Yarn: starting March 17th through April 22nd 2011. 
   One of my suppliers Knitting Fever Inc and its affiliates will match dollar for dollar the contributions made by Modern Yarn to the the American Red Cross. So Please stop in and help Japan. All Noro is included.

The first ever New Jersy Yarn Crawl, is taking place Saturday Febuary 19th, Sunday Febuary 20th and Monday Febuary 21st.  Modern Yarn is participating in the Crawl. More info to come. Now tha we are over the Holiday’s. Hopefully we can get down to serious knitting. I would like to thank all of the Die Hard Modern Yarn customers that supported the first Modern Yarn New Years Day Pajama Sweater Cast-on.  It was a big success. We casted on in our PJ’s and slippers, eat yummy food from Park Street Gorment and sipped hot apple cider.
